摘要
以明胶为包囊材料,用滴制法使安息香酸等药物微囊化,并研究微囊的形成条件。安息香酸微囊化后,具有明显缓释作用,6h内仅释放72％,而其粉末在40min内即释放82.6％。
Benzoic acid was microencapsulated through dropping methodusing gelatin as the coating material. The condition of the microencapsulationand the sustained-release property were studied. Experiments showed the only72% of benzoic acid from the microcapsules was released in 6 hours, while forthe benzoic acid powder 82.6% of it was released in 40 minutes.
