摘要
以杭州湾跨海大桥为背景,着重对海工耐久混凝土配合比进行了研究。在确定海工耐久性混凝土配合比之前,进行了掺减水剂混凝土拌和物性能对比试验、不同矿粉掺量混凝土氯离子渗透性能的对比试验、不同水泥用量混凝土抗压强度的对比试验、承台墩身配合比试验。根据上述试验结果,确定的配合比使海中混凝土既能满足耐久性要求,又能满足低成本的要求。
The mixture ratio of the under-seawater durable concrete is studied under the background of construction of the Bridge over the Hangzhou Bay. Contrast tests are carried out in respect of properties of mixed concrete with classified water reducers, chlorion permeabilities of concrete mixed with varied quantities of mineral dust, compression strengths of concrete with different cement proportions and matching situations between the platform and pier body. The mixture ratio is then determined according to the test results, which is able to satisfy the requirements of good durability and low cost.
