摘要
天然石料制成的机制砂是一种新兴的细骨料建材,因为其独特的物理性质,已引起国内外研究者们的重视。为全面评估机制砂混凝土性能,通过查阅机制砂混凝土的有关资料,从混凝土的影响因素、力学性能以及性能改善对策等方面进行综述。结果表明:在一定的石粉含量范围内,对提高机制砂混凝土的力学性能和抵抗离子的侵蚀均有促进作用。因此,若能合理地利用机制砂代替部分建筑用砂配制符合工程需要的机制砂混凝土,对于降低工程成本和合理地开发利用自然资源均有实际意义。
Manufactured sand produced from natural stone aggregates represents an emerging fine aggregate building material.Due to its unique physical properties,it has garnered significant attention from researchers both domestically and internationally.To comprehensively evaluate the performance of manufactured sand concrete,this study reviews relevant literature on the subject,examining influencing factors,mechanical properties,and strategies for performance enhancement.Results indicate that within a certain range of stone powder content,it promotes both the mechanical properties of manufactured sand concrete and its resistance to ion erosion.Therefore,the rational substitution of manufactured sand for part of the construction sand to formulate manufactured sand concrete meeting engineering requirements holds practical significance for reducing project costs and promoting the rational development and utilization of natural resources.
