摘要
结合三峡翻坝江北高速公路工程建设,采用花岗岩机制砂配制预应力T梁用C50混凝土,试验研究了机制砂石粉含量在3%~9%范围变化对C50机制砂混凝土工作性能、力学性能、收缩和耐久性能的影响。结果表明,机制砂石粉含量的增加,提高了配制等坍落度混凝土所需减水剂掺量,增加了混凝土抗压强度和弹性模量,混凝土的抗折强度在石粉含量5%时最大。随石粉含量的增加,混凝土的早期干缩增大,后期干缩在石粉含量7%时最大。另外,C50机制砂混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性随着石粉含量的增加而提高,抗冻等级均超过F300,石粉含量对其抗冻性影响不明显。
Relying on the Jiangbei highway project construction for the transshipment over dam in Three Gorges,the C50 concrete for pre-stressed T-beam was prepared by using granite manufactured sand as fine aggregate.The influence of the content of stone powder in the range of 3%-9%on the performances of C50 manufactured sand concrete was investigated through laboratory tests,including the workability,mechanical properties and drying shrinkage as well as durability.The results showed that with the increase of stone powder content,the amount of water reducer required for the preparation of concrete with equal slump increased,and the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the concrete increased.When the stone powder content was 5%,the flexural strength of concrete was the largest.With the increase of stone powder content,the early shrinkage of concrete increased,and the later stage of drying shrinkage was the maximum when the stone powder content was 7%.In addition,the chloride ion penetration resistant ability of C50 manufactured sand concrete increased with the increase of stone powder content,the frost resistance grade was far more than F300,and the effect of stone powder content on the frost resistance was not obvious.
