摘要
混凝土构件外观质量是评价"品质工程"的重要指标,针对C50机制砂混凝土预制构件易产生表面气泡的问题,结合某高速某标段C50机制砂T梁混凝土的施工现状,从原材料比选及质量控制、混凝土配合比、模板的设计与选择、浇筑振捣工艺等方面分析了构件表面产生气泡的原因,并针对性地提出了改进措施,有效地改善了C50机制砂T型梁混凝土表面气泡较多的质量问题,提升了结构表面质量。
Appearance quality of concrete component is an important index to evaluate“quality engineering”.In view of the problem that C50 manufactured sand concrete prefabricated components are prone to produce surface bubbles,combined with the construction status of Tbeam using C50 manufactured sand concrete in a section of a expressway.Then,this paper analyzes the causes of bubbles on the component surface from the aspects of raw material comparison and selection,quality control,concrete mix proportion,design and selection of formwork,pouring and vibrating technology.The improvement measures are put forward to effectively improve the quality of T-beam C50 manufactured sand concrete surface,and finally the surface quality of the structure is improved.
