摘要
阐述了林业企业人力资源的现状和管理上存在的问题,分析了林业企业人力资源管理改善的紧迫性,指出人是管理工作的核心和动力,是企业在日趋激烈的竞争中立于不败之地的重要保证,应加强林业企业能力要素的整合,才能形成核心竞争力。
Human is the core and momentum in management, and also is the key guaranty of the invincible position taken by enterprises faces with the intensifying competition. The author explains the present condition and the existent problem of forestry enterprises human resource. Then, base on analyzing it is necessitous to improve the forestry enterprises resource management. At last, point out that should strengthen the merger of forestry enterprises ability key dement, could form the key competitive.
