人是管理工作的核心和动力 ,是企业在日趋激烈的竞争中立于不败之地的重要保证 ,本文试图分析林业企业人力资源存在的问题及其原因 。
Human is the core and momentum in management, and also is the key guaranty of the invincible position taken by enterprises faced with the intensifying competition. The author analyzes the problems and the reasons for human resources which exist in forestry enterprises and gives some advice on how to develop and manage human resources.
