摘要
本文通过对林业企业现状进行分析,指出人力资本是全面推进现代林业建设的主体,并针对目前林业企业人力资源开发的现状与存在的问题,提出了相应的对策措施。
Through the analysis of present situation in forestry enterprise,the article point out that human capital is the real source of forestry developing,and put forward some tentative idea of forestry enterprises human Resource development in the 21st century.
