摘要
用不同浓度的牛蒡寡糖溶液处理黄瓜幼苗,研究牛蒡寡糖对黄瓜生长发育的影响及抗低温胁迫的生理效应。研究表明,牛蒡寡糖可显著促进黄瓜幼苗的生长和根系发育,促进壮苗的形成,黄瓜植株叶片的叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量均显著升高,最佳处理浓度在5.0 g.L-1左右。同时,在经过72 h的低温胁迫后,5.0 g.L-1的牛蒡寡糖可显著提高黄瓜植株叶片细胞膜的稳定性,抑制体内MDA的累积,同时大幅度提高抗氧化酶SOD和CAT的活性。因此,施用适宜浓度的牛蒡寡糖在一定程度上可以促进黄瓜的生长和提高抗冷性,在农业上具有很好的开发价值。
Physiological effects of Burdock oligosaceharide (BOS) on growth promotion and chilling resistance of cucumber seedlings were studied after cucumber seedlings were treated by BOS solution of some concentrations. The results showed that BOS obviously promoted the growth and root development of cucumber seedling and heightened high quality seedling forming; Simultaneously, the contents of chlorophyll,proline and soluble sugar in the leaves were also distinctly rasied. And about 5.0 g·L^-1 was the best concentration of BOS. In addition, BOS solution of 5.0g·L^-1 significandy increased the cell membrane stability, and decreased the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the leaves, and enhanced defense enzymes such as SOD and CAT activities as compared with the levels of the control after cucumber seedlings were stressed 72 h by lower temperature. It suggests that BOS could promote the growth and heighten the chilling resistance of cucumber seedling to the certain extent.
