摘要
研究了平均分子量 50 0~ 2 0 0 0的壳寡糖对棉花炭疽病菌 ( Macrophomina phaseolina)和小麦赤霉病菌 ( Fusarium graminearum)等植物病原真菌和水稻白叶枯病菌 ( Xanthomonas oryzae)、马铃薯环腐病菌( Clavibacter michiganensis)、棉花角斑病 ( Xanthomonas campestris)等植物病原细菌生长的影响 .结果表明 :不同分子量的壳寡糖对各种植物病原细菌的生长及植物病原真菌孢子萌发形成菌丝体均有明显的抑制作用 ,抑制作用的大小因壳寡糖分子量、浓度、植物病原菌的不同而有差异 .
The effect of chitosan oligosaccharins which molecular weight are between 500 and 2 000 on Macrophomina phaseolina, Fusarium graminearum, Xanthomonas oryzae, Clavibacter michiganensis, Xanthomonas campestris has been observed. The results show that the chitosan oligosacchaarides with different molecular weight have strong inhabition on several kinds of phytopathogen, and the degree of inhabition is determined by molecular weight and concentration of chitosan oligosacchaarins.
