摘要
测定了4个受低温胁迫的西葫芦(CucurbitapepoL)品种叶片的电导率、可溶性糖含量、过氧化氢酶活性、植物组织中自由水/束缚水比值等生理指标。结果表明:在4个西葫芦品种中,早青一代的过氧化氢酶活性与可溶性糖含量最高,自由水/束缚水比值最低,电导率最小;而纯丰美玉的过氧化氢酶活性与可溶性糖含量最低,自由水/束缚水比值最高,电导率最大;艺农特早、银青一代的各指标居中。综合比较可得抗寒性顺序为:早青一代>艺农特早或银青一代>纯丰美玉。
The electrical conductivity, soluble sugar content, the ratio of free water and bound water, the catalase(CAT) of plant leaves of 4 cultivars of summer squash(Cucurbita pepo L) in low temperature stress were measured. The result showed that the electrical conductivity, soluble sugar content of Zaoqing F_(1) among four cultivars were the highest and the ratio of free water and bound water, the CAT of it were the lowest. Whereas the electrical conductivity, soluble sugar content of Chunfengmeiyu were the lowest, and the ratio of free water and bound water, the CAT of it were the highest. The four physiological indices Yinongtezhao and Yingqing F_(1) were centered. The result showed that the sequence of the cold tolerance was Zaoqing F_(1), Yingqing F_(1) or Yinongtezhao, Chunfengmeiyu.
