摘要
概述了人力资源建设的内涵,分析了高职院校图书馆人力资源的现状以及制约高职院校图书馆人力资源建设的因素,最后阐述了高职院校图书馆人力资源建设对策。
This paper described the connotation of human resource development, analyzed the current status of the human resources in the higher occupational school libraries and their limitations, and proposed the countermeasures for the human resource development in the libraries.
