摘要
本文分析研究了目前我国公共图书馆在人才队伍方面存在的主要问题及成因 ,并结合图书馆可持续发展的要求提出了加强人才队伍建设 。
This article analyzes the main problems and reasons existing in public library's staff in China,and puts forward some measures on how to raise the ability of staff according to the requirement of the library's continual development.
