从培养医学情报专业人员复合素质的必要性入手,分析现代信息社会和医学图书情报事业发展对医学情报专业人员角色的新要求,结合工作实践,探讨新形势下基层预防医学情报专业人员应具备的复合素质的培养及思路。
On the necessity of training of the compound quality of proiessionals for medical information, the novel requirement of modem information society and medical library and information science for medical information professionals was analyzed, and the training of the required compound quality of professionals for preventive medicine information at the grass-roots level was discussed in light of specific conditions.
