摘要
分析了当前形势下图书馆的变化,阐述了当前图书馆人力资源的现状,提出了人力资源管理的对策,探讨了图书馆建立合理的激励机制与加强人才队伍建设的问题。
This paper analyzes the changes of the library under the current situation,expounds the present situation of human resource of the library,puts forward some countermeasures for human resource management,and probes into the problems of establishing rational motivation mechanism and strengthening the construction of talents team in the library.
