摘要
目的:探索构建基于价值链的医院全面质量管理的方法和途径。方法:将价值链应用于医院全面质量管理,并对应用效果进行跟踪和观察。结果:通过将价值链应用于全面质量管理,提高了医院质量管理水平,增强了医院的核心竞争力。结论:将价值链引入全面质量管理,有利于使较为松散的质控点集合成为有机的、互为联动的质控流,从而推动医院质量管理再上新台阶。
Objectives： Exploring the ways and methods to structure the total quality management of hospital based on the value chain. Methods ： Applying the value chain to the total quality management of hospital, scout it＇s results. Results ： The new methods improved the hospital quality management level, and enhanced the core competing power of hospital. Conclusion： The value chain is helpful to form organic and correlative controlling current of quality, and promote the hospital quality management.
