摘要
目的 探讨“点对点”质量管理的方法对护理质量管理的作用。方法 采用“点对点”的管理方式，对护理质量缺陷进行分析，找出质控点，制定针对性的整改措施，对护理质量问题进行“专项质控”，并跟踪检查实施效果，直至护理质量问题得到解决为止。结果护理质量问题得到了较好的解决，护理安全管理工作得到进一度落实。结论“点对点”的“专项质控”方法对护理质量管理有持续改进的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of the Point to point method of quality control in nursing quality management. Methods According to the Point to point method to analyze the defect of nursing quality, find the point of quality control and establish the correct measurement, until the problem of nursing quality could be solved. Results The problem of nursing quality could be solved correctly and the management of nursing safety have been fulfilled. Conclusions The point to point method of quality control can play the important role in nursing quality management continuously.
