摘要
从创新、创新型人才和人才培养模式的视角,通过对欧美及日本一些发达国家研究生培养模式的研究,探讨国外研究生教育模式的特点,并与我国西部高校研究生创新型人才培养现状相结合,得出一些启示。
This paper discusses the problem from the perspectives of innovation, creative talents and the cultivation modes for the talents, and makes a comparative research between the graduate educational modes of foreign countries and the present situation of innovative talents cultivation in the universities in western regions in China. some suggestive ideas are drawn as a conclusion.
