摘要
当前西部地方高校在高层次创新人才培养过程中存在着不少问题,高层次创新人才培养应从师资队伍建设、学科建设、观念认识及培养与管理等着手,解决实际存在的困难和问题。
There are a lot of problems in training high level innovate person in local universities in West China. Problems and difficulties should be solved through the following aspects such as construction of teaching staff and disciplines, ideas and thoughts and training management as well.
