摘要
通过对比分析2010年底全国部分二级及以上从事防聋治聋医疗机构资源及有关工作的问卷调查结果与2003年全国部分县级及以上医院眼科人力资源的问卷调查结果,摸清我国防聋治聋与防盲治盲卫生技术人才队伍现状。指出与防盲治盲工作相比,防聋治聋工作更是形势严峻,防聋治聋工作滞后于防盲治盲工作,需要社会各界更加关注防聋治聋人才业务素质的提高和整个队伍的发展。
By analyzing the resourees of deafness prevention and treatment in secondary hospital and above in 2010 and oculopathy human resources in county level hospital and above in 2003 in China, Ihe status of health professional for deafness and blindness prevention was described. Comparative speaking, deafness prevention and treatment is more difficult than blindness prevention and treatment. It needs to be paid more attention on improving deafness prevention and treatment health professionals＇ capacity.
