摘要
我国的防盲治盲工作近年来卓有成效,但与发达国家及部分发展中国家比较尚有一定差距。防盲的模式及实施措施影响着防盲的进程及效果。印度、古巴两个发展中国家的防盲工作成绩突出,印度的交叉补贴法、古巴的国家投入式模式均值得我们借鉴。
Blindness prevention programs are highly effective in China in recent years, but we have a long way to go compared with developed even some developing countries. Modes and measures affect the progress and results of blindness prevention. India and Cuba, two developing countries, have been attained notable successes in blindness prevention. The equilibrium method between rich and poor people in India and the government investment method in Cuba are both good modes for us to reference.
