摘要
本文研究了苯酚对菜心幼苗生长代谢的影响．试验结果表明，５０ｍｇ／Ｌ以上的苯酚溶液明显抑制了菜心幼苗的生长，与对照相比，苯酚处理的菜心幼苗，其硝酸还原酶活性、蛋白质含量、可溶性总糖含量、叶绿素含量、干物质重等指标均有明显降低。
Experiments concerning the effects of phenol of the growth of the Brassica chi-nensis seedlings were conducted.The results showed that the growth was obviously inhibitedby the phenol solusion over 50mg/L compared with control,the phenol-treatment consider-ably lowered the dry weight,the activity of nitrate reductase and contents of chloropyll,pro-tein and soluble sugar of the Brassica chinensis seedlings.
