摘要
用不同浓度苯酚溶液处理3个水稻品种,测定叶片硝酸还原酶(NR)活力,叶绿素含量及根细胞电导率,结果表明:低浓度苯酚溶液对NR活力和叶绿素含量的增加有促进作用;而对根细胞膜透性影响不明显;高浓度苯酚溶液则降低NR活力和叶绿素含量,增加根细胞膜透性,不同水稻品种受苯酚处理后的生理效应无明显差异。苯酚造成水体污染的临界浓度是0.5mmol/L,大于此临界浓度对水稻有伤害作用。
Three rice varieties were treated with different concentrations of phenol.The chlophyll(chl)content and permeability were determined,Results showed that NR activity and chl content inleaf increased but no effect on permeability in rcot cell when treated with phenol in lowconcentrations.Yet with higher concentrations,NR activity and chl content in leaf decreased andpermeability in rcot cell increased.Different species of rice showed similar effect.Concentrationsof phenol higher than 0.5mmol/L cause water pollutidn and can hurt rice seedlings
