不同浓度苯酚溶液对小麦根系生长及几种氧化酶同工酶的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本文报道了苯酚溶液浓度为60、80、100ppm时,可抑制小麦种子的发芽率和主胚根的生长。在以上浓度下,小麦主胚根中多酚氧化酶同工酶的谱带数发生明显变化,均表现为靠正极端缺少2、3、11条普带。可初步考虑用多酚氧化酶同工酶作为一种检测作物受害的生化指标。 The effects of inhibition on seeds germination aod roots growth in wheat were shewed by using 60, 80, 100ppm carbolic acid solution. 3 polyphenol oxidase isozyme bands ( No. 2,3, 11 ) were presenced which is more than the control. There are the relationship between the effects of inhibition on seeds germination, roots growth and the change of polyphenol oxidase isozymes, therefore, polyphennl oxidase may act as a biochemical mark band in which can be used to testing phenol damage.
