摘要
采用附加不同浓度卡那霉素(Kan)的1/2MS培养基对转基因油青菜心T1代种子进行培养,快速鉴定转基因菜心T1代种子对Kan的敏感性,结果表明:转基因菜心幼苗的白化率随着Kan浓度的升高而增大,其中以Kan附加浓度为60 mg/L时较适合于菜心转化植株后代的选择鉴定。
The T1 seeds were cultured on 1/2MS substrate adding kanamycin with different concentration to identify the sensitivity of T1 seeds of transgenic Brassica parachinensis to kanamycin rapidly. The Results showed that the albefaction rate of transgenic plantlets increased with the elevation of kanamycin concentration. 60 mg/L kanamycin could select and identify transgenic plantlets offspring effectively.
