摘要
文章在对研究型大学进行界定的基础上 ,分析了中国高校的研究与开发 ,进而探讨了研究型大学在知识创新中的地位和作用 ,提出创立和建设我国研究型大学的若干建议。
Based on the definition of a research-oriented university, this paper explores its position and functions in the drive of knowledge innovation and puts forward a problem on how to establish and operate a research-oriented university in this country.
