摘要
用正交设计法,以F-68,温度,分散乳匀机转速为可变因素,采用多指标综合分析方法进行试验,优选出紫草乳剂的工艺。结果表明,最优的处方工艺是注射用油15%,F-68为2.0%,注射用大豆磷脂1.2%,乳化温度70℃,分散乳匀机转速22000r/min,助表面活性剂适量。
The paper uses F-68 and emulsification temperature and speed of dispersing emulsification machine as changing factors in crossing design and analyzes comprehensively with excessive ways to choose the preparation technology of emulsion of shikonin. The result is that the best prescription of emulsion of shikonin is as follows: oil of injection is 15 percent, F-68 is 2.0 percent, soybean lecithoid of injection is ! .2 percent,emulsification temperature is 70° Centigrade, the speed of dispersing emulsification machine is 22000r/min, assistant surfactant is appropriate.
