摘要
本文采用正交试验优选紫草原材料中有效成分提取与含量测定方法的最佳条件,同时结合多因素方差分析,得到最佳提取条件为“95%乙醇浸泡,40分钟超声处理”.此法操作简便,结果的准确性与重现性好.
This reseach carries out the positive cross test to optimize the best condition for extracting the effective contents of raw Radix Amebiae and determining its content. With factorial analysis of variance, the best condition is concluded to be 95 % alcohol immersion and 40 - minute ultrasonic processing.This technique is simple to utilize, and the accuracy ane consistence of the result is fine.
