摘要
目的 :优选止痛消炎乳膏的基质组成及工艺。方法 :针对影响乳剂稳定性的因素 ,用正交设计法 ,以油相、乳化剂和乳化温度为可变因素 ,选用 L9(34)表进行试验。结果与结论 :最优的基质组成及工艺是硬脂酸 12 .5 g,液体石蜡 12 .5 g,蓖麻油 12 .5g,甘油 8.0 g,三乙醇胺 0 .5 g,吐温 2 .0 g,乳化温度 75℃。
According to the factors that affect the stability of emulsion, orthogonal design method was used, oil phase, emulsifiers and emulsify temperature were selected as variable factors and table L 9(3 4) was used for the experiment. Results: The optimum matrix composition and technology were stearic acid 12.5 g, paraffin liquid 12.5 g, oleini ricini 12.5 g, glycerini 8.0 g, triethanolamine 0.5 g, tween 80 2.0 g, emulsify temperature 75℃.
