一种新型毛细管气相色谱固定相的合成及其色谱性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以单(6-O-对甲苯磺酰基)-β-环糊精为中间体,合成了L-苯丙氨酸衍生化的β-环糊精。为了提高其涂渍性能,使其能更好地适用于气相色谱分析,用乙酸酐将其乙酰化,得到了一种橙黄色的粘稠液体。产物用红外光谱进行表征并用热重分析测试其热稳定性能。将其作为一种新型的气相色谱手性固定相动态涂渍在石英毛细管柱。在该毛细管上对一系列化合物的分离和保留行为进行了研究,结果表明该固定相对位置异构体和对映异构体具有较好的分离效果,显示了较强的立体选择性和较好的手性分离效果。 With mono- ( 6- O- tosyl- )β- CD as an intermed- iate, a type of L-phenylanine derivatized β-CD was synthesized. The β-CDs was acetylated in order to improve its coating property and make it better for chromatographic analysis. The acetylated product was a faint yellow viscous fluid, which was characterized by IR and its thermal stability was tested by TG. The result showed that the product was fit for capillary gas chromatographic stationary phase. It was coated on the fused capillary column by dynamic method to prepare the capillary column. The column efficiency was tested with dodecane and its separation capability was evaluated with Grob. Through some analysis and seperations of a series of compounds, the result showed that the new gas chromatographic stationary phase had good separations for some compounds, especially for the disubstituted benzene isomers and cyclocompounds enantiomers, and demonstrated good stereo- selective and good chiral separation effects.
