摘要
提出了用高温静态法涂渍毛细管色谱柱。该法设备简单,容易掌握。与传统的静态法相比,所用时间大大缩短,仍保持高的柱效能。因此,此种涂渍方法易为一般实验室所接受。
A high temperature static coating method for the capillary chromatographic column was developed. The equipment is simple, the procedure can be mastered easily, and this method is time saving. Thus, it is acceptable for the general laboratory.
