摘要
贫困文化作为一种小农文化、下沉的文化和前喻文化,对教育有着负面侵蚀作用,教育在贫困文化中很容易沉沦,但如果充分发挥作用,教育也可以改造贫困文化。基础教育在贫困文化改造中完全可以有所作为。但是教育在改造贫困文化中的作为必须是系统的,并且要与其它非教育措施形成合力。
It is a kind of smallholder culture, sinking culture and pre- figurative culture, having negative effectiveness on education that can make education tend to sink. But education also can reconstruct culture of poverty if it has enough effect on transforming culture of poverty. Basic education should have more effect on transforming culture of poverty, but It must be systemic and form the integrative power with other ways.
