摘要
寄宿制是我国农村教育改革中形成的一项制度,其在农村学校的推行需要相应的配套改革。然而我们在建设农村寄宿制学校的过程中未能充分认识到这一点,以致影响到这项制度的实效。本文从制度互补性的视角分析了农村寄宿制学校建设存在的问题,并提出政府需在教育经费投入、教师编制和学校管理等方面给予充分的制度保障。
Boarding is a new system that is formed in rural education reform; and it needs coordinated reform during its development process. However, we haven＇t realized this point in constructing the boarding school, which influences the actual effect of this system. From the institutional complementation theory, the paper analyzes the problems in the rural boarding school construction and proposes that the government must provide the sufficient system guarantee such as educational fund input, teacher organization and school management system.
