The paper introduces the pattern of management in Haler market chain and what human-orientation means in an enterprise. It further shows the ways in which Haler market chain stimulates all staff members to work actively and a conclusion is drawn accordingly. The idea of human-orientation is crucial in the construction and development of an enterprise.
