摘要
本文考察和分析了教育社会学体系中的新、旧制度主义分析的理论,认为新制度主义分析不仅拓展和深化了“制度”的概念,而且通过对旧制度主义分析的规范-制度体系的完善,形成了规范-组织-制度这一新的分析体系。这不仅有助于突破旧理论的边界局限性,而且与我国目前正经历着的激烈的教育制度变革更具有理论上的相关性。
Giving a commentary introduction to the old institutional analysis and the new one, the author argues that neoinstitutionalism not only broadens and deepens the understanding of the conception of 'institution', but also enriches the analyzing model of the old one, by adding a new organizational level, thus forming the normative-organizational-institutional model. This, according to the author, helps to break the border limits of the old institutional analysis , but also helps to establish the theoretical relativity of the neoinstitutionalism to the social reality , which Chinese education system is under radical institutional change.
