摘要
理念型心理契约是国外心理契约研究中的最新进展,该理论扩展了以往学术界限于交易型和关系型心理契约的研究框架,丰富了心理契约的研究内容。理念型心理契约对劳动雇佣关系中的一些问题具有新的解释力,对管理实践有较重要的意义。
This paper gives a survey of the newest developments on psychological contract in the research abroad-ideology-infused psychological contract. This theory expands the research frame of economical and relational psychological contract in the past research so as to enrich research contents on psychological contract. Ideology-infused psychological contract can be used to explain some phenomena concerning employment relations from new perspectives,and it is of important significance for the management practices.
