心理契约对家族企业员工绩效影响的实证研究 被引量:1

A Positive Research of the Effect of Psychological Contract on Family Enterprise Employees' Performance

摘要 以家族企业员工为实证研究对象,设计了相应的调查问卷对家族员工进行调查,并运用SPSS对调查数据进行分析。研究的主要结论是:1.关系型心理契约在家族员工和非家族员工两个分组变量上存在差异,且家族员工具有更显著的关系型心理契约;2.角色外绩效在家族员工和非家族员工两个分组变量上存在差异,且家族员工具有更显著的角色外绩效;3.关系型心理契约与角色外绩效呈强正相关关系;交易型心理契约对角色内绩效呈强正相关关系。 Taking family enterprise employees as the positive research object, corresponding questionaires are designed and investigations are carried out. Data collected from the investigation has been analyzed by using SPSS. The main conclusions are as the following: 1. relational psychological contracts are different between family employees and non-family employees, and family employees have more significant relational psychological contract; 2. extra-role performances are different between family employees and non-family employees, and family employees have more significant extra-role performance; 3. relational psychological contract and extra-role performance have strong positive correlation; transactional psychological contract and inrole performance have strong positive correlation.
