摘要
心理契约理论的研究,是当代西方管理理论领域中一个重要研究课题。20世纪90年代引入到国内之后,掀起了研究心理契约理论的热潮,并在企业组织管理、人力资源管理等多个领域得到广泛地认同和积极应用。心理契约理论的产生,是当代管理理论的"祛魁"的结果,并进一步分析了当前心理契约理论的新进展,及其在管理世界的实践效应。
The psychological contract theory research is an important research topic in the domain of the contemporary management theory. Introduced in the 1990s, it has raised upsurge, and is applied into the enterprise, the human resources management and so on. The author believes that it follows with the development of the contemporary management theory. And then he analyzes its new development and its management effect.
