继续医学教育的教学原则除了要遵守一般的教学原则之外,还必须考虑继续教育和医学教育的特征。继续医学教育的基本教学原则主要有以下几点: 1.知识增新与发展能力相结合,以发展能力为主。 2.按需施教,学用结合。 3.自学为主,业余为主。 4.知识与道德同时增进。
The teaching principles of continuing medical education must be in comply with the common teaching principles with consideration of the features of continuing education and of medical education. The following are the main principles of continuing medical education: 1. Interation of Knowledge impartment and development of capability. But the major objective is to develop capability. 2. Teaching in accordance with the needs. The combination of Iearning with practice is essential. 3. Put independent study first and put sparetime first. 4. Collectively increasing knowledge and moral.
