介绍铅电极电解生产微粒电解二氧化锰的工艺．试验表明：ＣＥＭＤ的试验研究在技术、工艺上都比较完善，产品质量稳定，放电性能好，为电池工业提供了新的原料；本文并对产品的电化学活性作了探讨．
