摘要
本工艺以草酸为原料,配制成8.8g草酸/100g水的水溶液,在隔膜式电解池内,使用金属铅电极,进行电解制备乙醛酸。电解时的电流密度为8A·dm-2,温度为8~12℃,电解时间为5h。摩尔产率可达80%以上。本文还对其它影响电解的因素进行了讨论。
Glyoxylic acid was synthesized electrolytically using oxalic acid as starting materials in a electrolytic cell with a PVC diaphragm and two lead electrodes. Electrolytic solution was an aqueous solution nearly saturated with oxalic acid. The current density was 8A·dm-2, the temperature 8~12℃. electrolysis was carried out for 5 hours. The experimental result shows that the glyoxylic acid can be produced with mole yields better than 80%. The other concerned factors was also disscussed in this article.
