摘要
针对含铁的中低品位锰矿石进行了实验室静态及回转窑动态连续试验,采用还原焙烧-酸浸工艺有效回收金属锰。在回转窑温度750℃,转速2.2 r/min时,配入10%还原剂进行焙烧;取焙烧矿280 g,当浓硫酸用量95 mL,液固比6∶1,浸出时间40 min,搅拌速度300 r/min时,可获得Mn回收率大于90%的良好指标。进行了除铁探索试验,可有效降低浸出液中铁含量。该研究为利用回转窑回收中低品位锰矿资源提供了新思路。
The laboratory static test and dynamic continuous test with a rotary kiln were conducted for processing ironbearing medium-and low-grade manganese ore. Metallic manganese was effectively recovered by reducing roasting-acid leaching process. The manganese ore was firstly roasted in a rotary kiln at a temperature of 750 ℃ with the rotary speed at 2.2 r/min, by adding 10% of reducing agent. Then 280 g roasted ore was subjected to acid leaching process with 95 mL sulphoacid, liquid-solid ratio of 6:1,40 min of leaching time and stirring at 300 r/min, resulting in over 90% Mn recovery. The iron-removal exploration test afterwards showed that the iron in the solution could also be reduced effectively. This study has proposed a new way for effectively processing medium-and low-grade manganese ore in rotary kiln.
