摘要
添加1~2g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵并结合空气搅拌,研制出阳极电位低、致密无针孔、可用于MnCl2体系制备电解金属锰的石墨基二氧化铅电极。用该电极作阳极,从MnCl2体系制备电解金属锰,可克服石墨阳极的缺点,并具有可使用更高阳极电流密度(700~900A/m2)和阳极放氯量少的优点。
A graphite
substrate lead dioxide electrode with low anode potential and adherent deposit free from
pinholes is prepared by adding celyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) and using air
agitation.Which is used as anode in place of graphite for preparing electrolytic manganese from
MnCl 2 system.The shortcomings caused by the graphite can be overcomed,a higher anode
current density(700~900 A/m 2 ) can be adopted and the small amount chlorine is formed at
the anode.
