摘要
作者通过在MnSO_4-H_2SO_4电解液体系中,分别添加适量的三种不同钛化合物作添加剂,制备了掺钛(Ⅳ)电解二氧化锰(EMD-Ti),并测试了它们的部分理化特性。实验室碱性介质放电结果表明,EMD-Ti样品的放电容量有较大的提高。通过XRD分析发现,EMD-Ti样品的晶型仍属于γ型,但其晶格受到扭曲,b/a值增大,c/b值减小。XPS分析证明EMD-Ti样品中的钛以Ti(Ⅳ)离子形式存在。
In this paper, the doped titanium(Ⅳ)electrolytic manganese dioxide samples are obtained by electrolyzing MnSO_4-H_2SO_4 solutions with three titanium compounds as additives, and then the physico-chemicai properties of these samples are determined. The results of laboratory cell discharging in alkaline solution show that discharge capacity of EMD-Ti samples is greatly improved. Examined by XRD, we find that EMD-Ti samples still belong to γ variety, but the original EMD lattice is twisted. The value of b/a is increased and that of c/b decreased. XPS analysis shows that titanium eXists in the EMD-Ti samples being in Ti(Ⅳ)state.
