摘要
黑曲霉变异株SP-56是以变异株P-10为出发菌株,经亚硝基胍反复处理后获得的一株糖化酶高产菌株。它对各种原料(碳、氮)适应性较广,不需要玉米浆,原料来源丰富,价格低廉,用SP-56生产糖化酶,经实验室小试和10T发酵罐投产应用,实际使糖化酶发酵单位达到14000U/m1以上,稳定性好,产酶速度快,工艺简单,一次投料到发酵结束不需添加任何原料。酶系较纯,每年可提高产量300T以上,而且糖化酶质量稳定、纯度高、性能好,便于在酶制剂生产厂家推广应用。
The Aspergillus niger mutant SP-56 is a glucoamylase highly strains which regards Aspergillus niger mutant P-10 as the starting strains and was got after the NGT treatment repeatedly.It was the good adaptability to all kinds of raw materials (carbon,nitrogen etc.)and does not need the maize thick liquid.Sources of the raw materials are plentiful and pricesare cheap.By the experiments in the laboratory and the application of prtting 10 tons ferment pot into production,to use SP-56 produce glulcoamylase makes the unit of glucoamylase fermant get to more than 14000u/ml. It has the good stability,quick speed of producing glucoamylase and simple technology. No need to add any raw materials to it from putting materials one time till ferment is over.Because of the pureness of the enzyme,the yield can improve more than 300 tons per year, and the quality of glusoamylase is stable, the purity is high and property is good. It iseasy to extend and apply in the factories which produce.
