摘要
取新鲜的香菜制浆或加水取汁,分别加入含有咖啡成分的冰淇淋配料中,得到营养价值高、风味独特的冰淇淋,其中用香菜汁的效果比用香菜浆好。
Putting coffee and the extract or pulp of Coriander leaves into ice-cream, the result showed that this ice cream was delicious and nutritious, and the ice cream with Coriander juice and coffee was better than that with the Coriander pulp and coffee.
