摘要
对78例恶性肿瘤患者的免疫状态及其对化疗和化疗加香菇多糖治疗反应进行了检测。结果表明恶性肿瘤患者免疫状态显著低于正常对照组。单纯化疗时，患者自然杀伤细胞（NK）和大颗粒淋巴细胞（LGL）比率明显下降；而化疗加香菇多糖治疗时，则能促进免疫功能活性细胞增加。
The iminunological state in patients with malignant diseases were generally , poor and becameworse during chemotherapy,,that their natural killer cells (NK) and large granular lymphocytes(LGL) beame decreased as compared to normal control subjects. With combined administration of lentinan to 78 patients of malignant tumors, the percentage of NK and LGL became significantly elevated in these patients and they sustainedchemotharapy much better, as assayed in this study.
