摘要
昆明种小鼠58只,随机分成实验组(25只)和对照组(33只)。实验组按8mg/kg·d剂量,腹腔内注射香菇多糖,连续给药16天;对照组未作任何处理。分别灌洗两组小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞,以51Cr释放率法测定巨噬细胞对肿瘤细胞的损伤作用,125I一udR掺入法测定巨噬细胞对肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用,生化方法测定巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶及精氨酸酶的活性。结果实验组巨噬细胞对肿瘤细胞的损伤能力及增殖抑制作用明显高于对照组,巨噬细胞内两种酶的活性均高于对照组。提示香菇多糖能激活巨噬细胞并增强巨噬细胞的抗肿瘤活性作用。
ifty-eight mice were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group being 25,the control one 33. Lentinan was given intraperitoneally at the dosage of 8 mg/kg· d for 16 daysin the experimental group.The control group received no treatment. The peritoneal macrophageswere respectively obtained in the two groups. The damage effects of the macrophages on thetumor cells were determined with51 Cr release technique. The inhibition effects on theproliferation of the tumor cells were detected with incorporation of125I udR into target cells.The activity of acid phosphatase and arginase in the macrophages was detected biochemically.The results showed that the damage capacities and the inhibitive effects on the proliferation of themacrophages on the tumor cells in the experimental group was significantly higher than that inthe control group.The activity of acid phosphatase and arginase in the macrophage of theexperimental group was significantly higher than that of control one. It was suggested that thelentinan can activate the macrophage and enhance the anti-tumor capacity of the maerophages.
