本文对小磨香油生产中的副产物芝麻渣的化学成分进行了分析，并根据其营养特点提出了综合利用的方向．
Chemical composition of small mill sesame oil by - product-sesameresidue in production has been analysed. The way of comprehensive utillization of sesameresidue has been pointed out in accordance with it's nutritive charecteristics.
