以水代法加工制作小磨香油后产生的芝麻渣为对象,探讨用高效、节能的方法将芝麻渣固液相分离。运用单因素试验法,着重考察了离心时间、pH以及加入高价反离子电解质对离心效果的影响。试验结果表明:离心时间16~20min,芝麻渣达到单纯机械离心条件下的最大程度分离;只改变pH或者只加入铝离子对离心效果无显著影响;每10g芝麻渣中加入1n1L浓度为0.05mol/L的铝离子溶液,调节pH至6.5~7.0,在相同的离心时间和离心转速下,干渣百分率能提高3.5%以上。低电荷量、高聚合度的铝盐离子有利于芝麻渣的固液相分离。
The objective is to present an efficient and energy-saving method for separating solid and liquid in sesame residue coming from the process of producing sesame oil by aqueous extraction. The influences of centrifugal time, pH and the addition of multiply charged counter-ionic electrolyte on the separation were investigated by single factor test. The result showed that the solid and the liquid were separated very well when the sesame residue was centrifuged for 16-20 min. But there was no distinct influence on result by only changing the pH of sesame residue or adding aluminum ion solution in it. However, the yield of solid would increase more than 3.5% at the same centrifugal conditions when 1 mL of aluminum ion solution whose concentration was 0.05 mol/L was added into 10 g of sesame residue and pH was adjusted to 6.5-7. The low-charged and high-polymerized aluminum salts will contribute to the separation of solid-liquid phase of sesame residue.
